We offer you the option of creating and processing inheritance cases directly in the tool via a new option. Of course, we observe every aspect of the Payment Accounts Act and keep an eye on the deadlines for you. This gives you more time for the essentials – personalised advice for your customers!

When a bank-internal inheritance case is processed, the heir receives a new IBAN and you as the bank are required to inform the payment partners of this. Simply leave this to us and save 95% of the back office work.
If a change of bank takes place due to an inheritance, this is subject to the Payment Accounts Act and the associated deadlines and obligations. Account Switching Assistance helps you to submit the necessary documents, e.g. certificate of inheritance and legal succession, to the third-party bank.
